Spellbound Coffee was founded by three companions with a love of Business, Coffee, Gaming, and Empathy:
Jeremy – Master Roaster & Alchemical Artisan
Jeremy is the craftsman behind our coffee magic. A seasoned Q Grader since 2017, he’s obsessed with discovering the finest coffees the world has to offer His accolades include winning the US Aeropress Championship, placing twice in the US Roasters Competition, and earning top honors at the Golden Bean, Cascadia Roasting Competition, and the prestigious Good Food Awards.
James – Systems Sage & Culture Architect
James is the strategic engine behind Spellbound Coffee, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofits, faith-based communities, and multi-million dollar businesses. When he’s not fine-tuning systems or working through financial models, you’ll find him rolling dice and building worlds with the team.
Kevin – Creative Conjurer & Lore Master
Kevin is the narrative heart of Spellbound Coffee: our chief worldbuilder, content wizard, and connection-maker. He crafts everything from fantasy-themed coffee cards to one-shot adventures, ensuring our brand connects authentically with the gaming worlds we love. A lifelong Dungeon Master, avid Magic: The Gathering player, and weekly board game night regular, Kevin doesn’t just speak the language of gaming. He lives it.
Together, we envisioned a company that blends the art of coffee roasting with the camaraderie of gaming, all while making a positive impact on the world. Spellbound Coffee was created to help you find the magic in every moment.
Crafting Enchanted Brews
Our coffees are roasted weekly in small batches, ensuring freshness and flavor in every cup. We source our beans through direct trade relationships with farmers in Haiti, Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Burundi, prioritizing quality, sustainability, and community well-being.
Jeremy's roasting prowess has been recognized with multiple awards, including honors from the Golden Bean—the world's largest coffee roasting competition . His dedication to the craft ensures that each roast delivers a unique and delightful experience.
Fueling Adventures and Friendships

Kevin and James regularly engage in tabletop role-playing sessions, even developing their own RPG system. Their passion for gaming infuses our brand with a sense of adventure and creativity.
Brewing Goodness Beyond the Cup
Our commitment to magic extends beyond flavor. We donate 5% of our profits to Operation Smile, supporting life-changing surgeries for children with cleft conditions. This cause is deeply personal to us, as Kevin's life was transformed by similar support.
